I’m just back from a long weekend in Puerto Vallarta, and found an email from Wilco in my in box about the Solid Sound Festival. It got my attention – anyone interested in an August festival in Massachusetts?

Friday-Sunday, August 13-15, 2010 at MASS MoCA North Adams, MA
Wow! This looks VERY cool. North Adams is supposed to be a pretty interesting little village, and I’ve wanted to visit MASS MoCA for a long time. I’ll look into this straightaway.
sounds awesome! always wanted to go to MassMOCA. They had the coolest installation sound art that looked like human innards and took up the whole space.
camp or hotel?
are you cool with a 3.5 year old hanging with us?
maybe we could get a sitter for the weekend. that’s a big maybe.
we’re only 4.5 hours away. so peeps could fly into ROC and we could all drive together. The in-laws gave us their mini van which seats about 7 people.
Or you could fly into Albany and we’d meet you there.
are the heaths on this blog?
bill? andy? thoughts?
Hey – I may or may not be able to make it – would like to do so, but can’t quite commit yet. I shot an email to the Heaths, as I don’t think they’re regular readers of the blog. Will try to catch up with the Knulp/Peashoot family this weekend….

Nice pingback from Berkshire on Stage – Peashoot’s going national! I want to make this work, but need a week or two to double check timing and plans. Sorry I wasn’t able to reach out this weekend…
